These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZEUFIT (the "Service") at zeufit.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

ZEUFIT is a calorie and fitness tracker that estimates the nutrition of foods you log and forecasts your progress toward a weight goal. Estimates are approximate and provided for general wellness.

2. Not medical advice

ZEUFIT does not provide medical, dietary, or professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie, macro, and forecast figures are estimates. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Provide accurate information so your targets and estimates are meaningful.

4. Free trial, plans & payments

• New users get a 10-day free trial. After it ends, a paid plan is required to keep using the tracking features.
• Plans are offered for fixed periods (e.g. 2 months, 6 months, 1 year) and are payable in advance.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a plan period has started. Contact us if you believe there's been a billing error.

5. Dietician / expert features

Where the Service connects you with independent dieticians or experts, those individuals are not employees of ZEUFIT. Any guidance they provide is their own, and we are not responsible for it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and content, belongs to ZEUFIT. The data you enter remains yours.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEUFIT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service's estimates.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
