This Privacy Policy explains how ZEUFIT ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and app at zeufit.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: when you sign in with Google or your phone number, we receive your name, email address and/or phone number.
• Profile & goals: the details you enter — age, sex, height, weight, target weight, activity level, dietary preferences, and goals.
• Food & activity logs: the meals you describe, photos you upload for recognition, and activity and weight entries you record.
• Payment records: when you buy a plan, we store the plan, amount, date, and payment/order identifiers. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
• Technical data: basic information needed to run the app, such as authentication tokens and locally-stored app state.

2. How we use your information

• To calculate your personalized calorie and macro targets and forecasts.
• To recognize and estimate the nutrition of the foods you log.
• To process your subscription payments and manage your account.
• To provide support and improve the Service.

3. Service providers we share data with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run the Service:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage for your account and app data.
• Groq — AI nutrition analysis. The meal text and any food photos you submit are sent to Groq to estimate nutrition. Don't include sensitive personal information in meal descriptions or photos.
• Razorpay — secure payment processing for plan purchases.
• Vercel — website hosting.

4. Health-related information

Some data you enter (weight, body measurements, dietary habits) relates to your health. We use it only to provide the tracking and coaching features of the Service, and we protect it as described below. ZEUFIT provides general wellness estimates and is not a medical service.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can clear your data from within the app or ask us to delete your account at any time (see "Your rights").

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, use the in-app option or email us at info.leads.in@gmail.com.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. See our Security page for more. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
